Storage conditions and duration: Store in a refrigerator (2-8°C) and away from light. This product can be used up to 18 months after the production date (if the sterile packaging is not opened).
Considerations for waste disposal: It should be done according to the laboratory waste disposal instructions.
Ingredients: This product contains bicarbonate buffer and HEPES, human serum albumin (HSA) and glucose needed to meet the nutritional needs of sperm in laboratory conditions outside the CO2 incubator.
instructions The following protocol has been demonstrated to be effective for freezing human sperm and is provided as an example only:
1- Before starting the sperm freezing process, the required volume is removed from the sperm freezing environment and placed in the laboratory environment to ensure the temperature balance.
2- Adding very slowly 1 ml of sperm freezing medium to 1 ml of semen in a sterile test tube and keeping it at laboratory temperature for 15 minutes.
3- Draw the above mixture in a cryovial or freeze straw and seal it.
4- Placing the freeze straw or cryovial in liquid nitrogen vapor until frost forms on the straw.
5- Transferring a freeze straw or cryovial to liquid nitrogen and storing it in a nitrogen tank
Warnings 1- The user must read this manual completely and receive the necessary training before using the product.
2-This product cannot be used for injection into the body.
3- Do not re-sterilize the product.
4- Avoid using the product if you see the following:
- Presence of damage in sterile packaging
- The expiration date has passed
- Color change, turbidity or the presence of suspended particles or sediment
5- This product contains human serum albumin or HSA.
6- When using this product, in order to prevent contamination, aseptic methods should be used.
