General information

Application: Embryo culture oil is used to cover small drops of the culture medium during the process of human gamete embryo culture.

Storage conditions and duration: Keep the product away from sunlight at room temperature. Do not expose the product to freezing temperatures or above 39 degrees Celsius. As long as the storage instructions are followed correctly, the product can be used until the expiration date indicated on the package. After opening the bottle cap, it is recommended to consume the product within 8 weeks at most.

it has been sterilized by membrane filtration and passed the following tests successfully:
endotoxin test (LAL)
Sterility test
Mouse embryo test (MEA)
Cell genotoxicity tests
Antipyretic and longevity tests

The efficiency of the following protocol for embryo culture oil is used to cover small droplets of the culture medium during the human gamete embryo culture process, and this protocol is presented only as an example:

1- It is recommended to use oil coating during embryo culture in small drops of culture medium to prevent evaporation and change of osmolarity and pH. Before use, the oil should be heated at 37 degrees Celsius in a CO2 incubator for several hours. Oil washing is not required for embryo culture.

Warnings

1- To be used by trained and specialized people.
2- If any evidence of foreign particles or microbial contamination is observed in the mineral oil bottle, do not use it.
