Ham's F10 cultivation environment license (download) General information Application: Ham's F10 medium is designed for sperm preparation and for washing sperm pellets recovered from gradient or other gradient density centrifugation. Ham's F10 medium removes colloidal silica particles that may be present in the sperm pellet after centrifugation.
Ham's F10 is suitable for a wide variety of mammalian cells when used with serum supplementation. Test results and consistent performance of high quality construction, ingredients and strict quality control.
Shelf life: 6 months from date of manufacture if stored unopened at 2-8°C and protected from light and frost.
