Conditions and duration of storage: Keep away from sunlight and at room temperature. As long as the storage instructions are followed correctly, the product can be used until the expiration date indicated on the package.

Considerations for waste disposal: It should be done according to the instructions for disposal of laboratory waste related to sharp objects.

instructions

The following protocol is effective for injecting sperm into the egg cytoplasm during intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and this protocol is provided as an example only:

1- Opening the product's sterile package
2- Opening the lid of the holding container and slowly removing the micropipette from the holding legs by applying the least pressure of the thumb and forefinger. Warning: In order to avoid breaking the tip of the micropipette due to hitting the wall of the holding container and its lid, this step must be done slowly and very carefully.
3- Mounting the micropipette in the place installed on the micromanipulator device.
4- Adjusting the micromanipulator device so that the tip of the micropipette can be clearly seen under the microscope.
5- Carrying out the ICSI process by a trained and experienced embryologist. In this stage, after selecting the appropriate sperm and immobilizing it with the help of the injection micropipette, the sperm from the tail area into the injection micropipette in the cytoplasm of the egg from the appropriate place, aspiration, emptying the sperm in the egg and removing the injection micropipette is completed.
6- Removing the micropipette from the place installed on the micromanipulator device and discarding it.
