instructions

The efficiency of the following protocol is for egg preservation during the process of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) or embryo preservation during the biopsy process, and this protocol is presented only as an example:

1- Open the product's sterile package
2- Opening the lid of the holding container and slowly removing the micropipette from the holding legs by applying the least pressure of the thumb and forefinger. Warning: In order to avoid breaking the tip of the micropipette due to hitting the wall of the holding container and its lid, this step must be done slowly and very carefully.
3- Mounting the micropipette in the place installed on the micromanipulator device.
4- Adjusting the micromanipulator device so that the tip of the micropipette can be clearly seen under the microscope.
5- Performing the ICSI process by a trained and experienced embryologist. In order to keep the egg or embryo by applying proper suction by the holding micropipette, it should be fixed in its place so that it does not happen during the rotation and displacement process.
6- Removing the micropipette from the place installed on the micromanipulator device and discarding it.
